If you are getting married and have found the perfect dress, you may have difficulty matching suitable jewellery. A tailor-made necklace is the ideal way to complete your outfit saving hours of window-shopping. If you bring a photo of your dress and a swatch of fabric along to the Ditchling showroom, we can create stunning accessories to match. Relax with a glass of wine whilst we discuss the possible designs and show you the gemstones and pearls.

There are a few aspects to consider when choosing your wedding jewellery:

1. The shape of the neckline on the dress.

- A round neckline suits a rounded necklace.

- A V-shaped neckline suits a necklace with a pendant in the centre..

- A strapless dress suits a more ornate necklace.

2. The fabric/detailing on the dress

- An embossed/beaded dress may look better with a simple necklace.

- A plain dress offsets an elaborate necklace with the option of introducing some colour.

3. Earrings

        - These could be simple in style if paired with an intricate necklace.

        - Alternatively the earrings could be the focal point - elaborate chandeliers. You may not even need a necklace.

4. Bracelets

        - These can be made to match: single-strand/three-row/charm bracelets/cuffs.

Naturally-occurring gemstones are available to match virtually every colour scheme.

Mother of the Bride

If you have your outfit, hat, bag and shoes then you could bring them to the showroom and we can consider different options - colours, styles etc. We can then ensure that the style and length are exactly right for your outfit.

With all special orders, it is advisable to telephone in advance so that we can make sure you receive full attention. Evening appointments are also possible.
